Events & Reservations

Wilder Creek Conservation Creek is an excellent location for your upcoming family, school, nonprofit or business events – the scenic views and serene atmosphere lends itself to a memorable event. Whether you’re seeking a wedding venue, a work retreat destination, or you’d like to bring a youth group to Wilder Creek – we’ve got you covered! You do not need to be a member to rent our facilities; however, members do receive discounted rates. (Discounted rates are based on Wilder Creek policy.)

General Information

The Wilder Creek facilities are available for rental by the public and by Wilder Creek members. Manageable rental fees add to Wilder Creek’s appeal for brides, graduates’ parents, reunion coordinators, and corporate meeting facilitators. Reservations are finalized on a “first come, first served” basis. Nonprofit organizations and youth-serving organizations can reserve our facilities free of charge.

The Gathering Space (Clubhouse)

  • Entrance/porch/overhang: 2-2’4” x 8’ picnic tables
  • Interior/Banquet room: 38’ 6” x 88’
  • Capacity with tables/chairs: 285
  • Capacity with chairs only: 300
  • 16-5’ folding white round tables – Table height-29-1/2”
  • 8-8’ folding white rectangular tables
  • 150 folding white chairs
  • Portable “L” shaped bar/serving center-2 serving levels are 16” wide
  • Windows: East side-2 double windows-81-1/2” wide X 68” tall, West side-2 single windows-40” wide X 68” tall

The Deck (Clubhouse)

  • Deck is located on the Clubhouse east side: 11’ x 30’

  • 2 Propane grills – propane is not included

The Pavillions

Large pavilion with fireplace: 55’ x 33’

  • 12-2’4” x 8’ picnic tables
  • Fireplace mantel: 8’ long, fireplace use is allowed
  • Renter may rent tables and chairs from an outside vendor for use in the pavilion, removing/ returning pavilion picnic tables are renter’s responsibility

Small pavilion: 19’4” x 27’6”

  • 3-2’4” x 8’ picnic tables
  • 2 charcoal grills – charcoal is not included

  • Fireplace mantel: 8’ long
  • Fires are not allowed in the castle fireplace
